MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Parks Department pay special attention to the Dispensary Lane area with regard to cleaning up after grasscutting and maintaining the grass in the lane on a consistent basis."

REPORT:

Dispensary Lane is located within the grounds of the Loretto Apartment Complex which is under the control of a private management company. The laneway, until recently, was being maintained by this company. Residents are advised to actively pursue the matter with the Management Company of this apartment complex.
