MOTION NO. 6

MOTION: Councillor T. Delaney

That the Manager reports to this Committee and/or agrees to arrange a site meeting at Ballynakelly/Newcastle Lyons to address a number of problematic issues particularly the lack of parking for residents.

REPORT:

The Roads and Planning Departments are in the process of carrying out site inspections to determine the total number of parking spaces delivered to date for compliance with the total number of residence constructed to date. There will be a report provided on our findings in due course.

SDCC request that details be submitted of the various other elements for report in order that they may be directed to the appropriate department.
