MOTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

That this Committee asks the Manager to assign any free accommodation in the Clondalkin Civic Offices to local SME's with 3 employees or less for free.

REPORT:

While the sentiments of the motion are plausible, allocation and assignment of Corporate facilities is an executive function.  It is not policy nor is it intended to assign civic office space to commercial enterprise or to differentiate between local SME's.
