MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager present a report on the number of accidents that have taken place between exit 12 (Scholarstown) and Ballinteer exit and how many times the emergency services and Garda have logged responses to such accidents."

REPORT:

The matter will be brought to the attention of the NRA and M50 Concession who are responsible for the M50 for their response. The Council does not compile accident statistics.  All accidents are reported to the Road Safety Authority by the Garda Authorities.
