MOTION: Councillor E. Higgins

That the Manager provides an update on proposals for the installation of automatic timing gates at various entrances to Glenaulin Park in Palmerston to help tackle ongoing anti-social behaviour issues in the Park.

REPORT:

The provision of an automatic timing gate(s) at Glenaulin Park is still under consideration and a meeting has been arranged with a supplier of such systems to assess the feasibility of installing it at Glenaulin Park.  A decision on the system will be taken after this meeting when the associated costs have been identified and the practicalities of the system fully explored.
