QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

To ask the Manager if he will provide a Report listing any Enforcement Actions/Measures taken by SDCC since 1st January 2009, including inspections, letters sent on foot of complaints of unauthorised developments from residents, warning letters, notices and legal proceedings initiated, in respect of lands in the area adjacent to, around, in front and behind the houses in Weir View, Lucan, on lands for which South Dublin County Council is the Planning Authority, and if the Report will include information on  communications, if any, with Fingal County Council about unauthorised developments in this immediate area?

REPLY:

There are no Enforcement issues outstanding or actions taken in relation to any properties at Weirview Cottages, Lucan since 1st January 2009.

South Dublin County Council has no authority in relation to the areas behind and beside Weirview Cottages as they are in the administrative area of Fingal County Council.
