QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

To ask the Manager what percentage of Black. Brown and Green Bins have been collected from former SDCC Bin Collection customers within the Lucan EA who requested their removal and if he can advise when it is anticipated that Greyhound Waste Management will have collected all outstanding bins, noting that councillors were advised some weeks ago that the removal of these bins should be completed by the later half of April?

REPLY:

Greyhound Recycling & Recovery Ltd. has informed the Environmental Services Department that all outstanding requests prior to the sale of the refuse collection service in respect of bin deliveries, removals or chipping have now been completed. 

Any specific queries should be referred to Greyhound Customer Services.
