MOTION NO. 2

MOTION: Councillor C. Bond

That the Management please assign staff to clean up the rubbish dumped in the ditch near the corner of Ely Close that seperates the two fields opposite Allenton Drive, that the Management also assign staff to remove bin bags dumped by the vehicular entrance to Ballycragh Park.

REPORT:

The local Litter Warden has been requested to inspect both of the locations referred to in the Motion to see if any evidence to support a litter fine or prosecution can be obtained from the material dumped there.  After this, the Warden will arrange for the appropriate section of the Council to remove the material forthwith.
