OPEN SPACE AT BALLYROAN LODGE

It was agreed following the Rathfarnham Area Committee meeting on the 11th January 2011 that this matter would be presented as a Headed Item at a future meeting of the Area Committee.

The open space between Hillside Park houses and Ballyboden Road is in the charge of South Dublin County Council and is maintained by the Parks Department.

The area of pathway immediately behind the Hillside Park houses is part of the open space and a right to access a house to the rear of Hillside Park and across the open space was granted to the occupant in 1993.
