"To ask the Manager to outline the present state of play with regard to outstanding planning applications along Stocking Avenue to include what applications are passed but have not commenced?"

REPLY:

The Planning Authority has granted the following number of units along Stocking Avenue:

Houses Granted: 468

Apartments Granted: 428

Total Granted: 896

Of this total of 896 units the following have been completed:

Houses Completed: 139

Apartments Completed: 188

Total Completed: 327

This leaves the following number of units outstanding:

Houses Outstanding: 329

Apartments Outstanding: 240

Total Outstanding: 569.
