"To ask the Manager for an update on the expected commencement date of the outstanding works for the Boherboy Water scheme along Stocking Lane?"

REPLY:

Written into the Boherboy Water Supply Scheme Civil Works Completion Contract documents is the following paragraph “ South Dublin County Council are carrying out upgrading works to footpaths and cycle paths on Stocking Lane. It is envisaged that these works will be completed by the end of August 2011 and the Completion Contractor will not be allowed access to Stocking Lane before the 1st September 2011 unless the upgrade works are completed and in that instance only with the written permission of the Engineer.”
