QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

To ask the Manager if he can advise the Committee how many Council bins have been  taken back in recent weeks from householders in the Lucan EA, who advised the Council that they no longer wish to be customers of the Council's(now Greyhound) Bin Collection System, and what percentage of total requests for removal of bins have now been attended to?

REPLY:

All requests for cancellation of service were referred to Greyhound upon the transfer of the service. Greyhound have been dealing with the cancellations directly with their Customers.
