MOTION: Councillor C. Jones

That the Manager will agree for the Parks Department to collaborate with St. Lorcan’s National School with regard to private works to be undertaken on the green space at the Oval adjacent to the school. Further that expertise can be shared with the school regarding appropriate planting and gardening within the school.

REPORT:

The Parks & Landscape Services Department is available to provide advice wherever possible in relation to landscaping works that are proposed or planned in and around Schools throughout the county. Contact will be made with St. Lorcan's National School upon receipt of contact details.
