That the Clondalkin Area Committee request the Council's Housing Estate Management Section replace the small grass area in front of  (Address supplied) with appropriate car parking facilities for local residents.

REPORT:

A draft plan for the development of the area at Moorefield Avenue has been prepared by the Council's Roads Department. 

The draft plan will now be discussed with local residents and if the proposed work is agreeable to them, the Roads Department will be requested to cost the project which hopefully can be financed from a the budget which has been secured therefor.

The draft plan includes a small number of car parking spaces.
