MOTION: Councillor T. Ridge

That this Committee requests that the broken parts of the fence along footpath at 9th Lock Rd. be repaired and the broken blue netting be removed . This road is probably the most unkempt in this Councils control.

REPORT:

This matter will be forwarded to the Development Section of South Dublin Council to be dealt with under Derelict Sites legislation.
