MOTION NO. 6

MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That this Committee requests the manager to make good the open space in Orlagh Grove and return the surface to the condition it was in prior to the Council's recent work ; and that this Committee also requests the Council to replace the bulbs removed as part of the works ; and also requests that the Council make good the disturbed road surface and return it to the condition it was in prior to the work undertaken recently by the Council."

REPORT:

The reinstatement of this area has been discussed with the Environmental Services Department – the damage was caused during the construction of new infrastructure in the area.  It is planned that the final reinstatement of the area will be completed by mid summer 2011.
