MOTION NO. 12

MOTION: Councillor J. Hannon

That the paths and mound on Bohernabreena Road be examined and, given their appalling condition and the fact that this is the gateway to the mountains, an action plan be drawn up for their reinstatement and upgrading, with appropriate boundary treatment.

REPORT:

There is insufficient funding in the current years programme for a footpath upgrade at the location referred to in the motion. The area will be further examined and considered for inclusion in a subsequent years programme subject to the provision of adequate funding.
