QUESTION: Councillor T. Delaney

To ask for a report on Rye Cottage, Boot Road concerning its condition, status, history and ownership?

REPLY:

The Area Engineer has been instructed to inspect this site under the Derelict Sites Act 1990.  If the site is deemed to be in a derelict condition, a Section 11 Notice will be served on the registered owner outlining works to be completed in order to render the site non derelict.

A reference is also being carried out to establish the ownership of the property and the information will be notified to the Councillor when the information is to hand.
