Housing Construction Report:

Former Shop unit site at St. Finnian's Estate, Lucan.

Presentation of site options made to members informally on 25th January 2011 for a scheme of 3 units on this site. A part 8 proposal is being developed on this basis for commencement of public notification process before the summer. Further progress dependent on funding being made available by the Department of the Environment, Heritage & Local Government. No provision made in 2011 allocation.
