MOTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

"That the Manager arrange to resolve the problem with dampmould at (address supplied). There is dampmould in the back porch, front bedroom and the back bedroom on the outside wall."

REPORT

The Council's Senior Clerk of Works has been endeavouring to make contact with this family but has been unable to gain access to carry out an inspection.  The contact number supplied is not being answered.  If the family wish to make contact with the housing maintence section we will arrange for an inspection to be carried out to ascertain the cause of the dampmould.
