QUESTION NO. 2
QUESTION: Councillor E. Coburn
"To ask the Manger for details on the location and types of signage and road traffic calming measures proposed for the Knocklyon Road following the 2011 Low Cost Safety Improvement Works allocation?
REPLY:
A low cost safety grant for the Knocklyon Road traffic calming scheme covers the installation of a platform ramp, a bus ramp, pedestrian barriers and associated warning signing and lining. These plans were brought through public consultation as an element of the Knocklyon Road scheme. The platforms are located adjacent to Coolamber Court and Landsdowne Park.
