QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

To ask the Manager if any letters, notices or procedures, are currently active in relation to complaints received about unauthorised use/development at either of the houses for which addresses are supplied?

REPLY:

Following a full review of both investigations, it was considered that there is insufficient evidence to indicate that any unauthorised development that may have taken place on these lands has continued.  Accordingly, these investigations are now closed.  However, should further complaints be received in relation to either of these matters, or should sufficient evidence be uncovered to indicate that unauthorised development is taking place, further enforcement action may be taken.
