QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

To ask the Manager to support the efforts of the CPLN Area Partnership in establishing a new Adamstown Film Club?

REPLY:

The Community Services Department, through its Community Worker Team, is actively involved in the development of all aspects of the community in Adamstown, including the idea of forming a Film Club. One Community Worker has been assigned specifically to work with and on behalf of the residents of Adamstown and has successfully organised a range of events and initiatives so far, and continues to work with and for the new community being established  there.
