That this Committee discusses in detail the planning application: Unit 4, Orchard Lodge, Orchard Lane, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 (SD10A/0366) for a gaming / amusement licence. 

REPORT:

A planning application was submitted by L. Falvey (applicant) on 3rd December 2010 under Register Reference SD10A/0366 for the following proposed development;

"Change of use from betting office to a gaming and amusement centre." on lands at Unit 4, Orchard Lodge, Orchard Lane, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

This planning application is currently under consideration, with a decision due on or before 7th February 2011.  The latest date for receipt of submissions on this application is 17th January 2011.
