MOTION NO. 9

MOTION: Councillor R. Dowds

That the Manager presents a report in relation to the Balgaddy area on the need to remove or flatten the grass mounds between Foxdene Estate and the wall alongside the Adamstown Link Road.

REPORT:

It is understood that the mounds in question arose when Foxdene Avenue / Adamstown Link road was being constructed.

The Housing Department has no function regarding the removal of these mounds nor indeed does it have funding to pay for the works involved.
