That litter bins be provided at bus stops in the Firhouse area, as requested at the Deputations meeting of 23rd June 2010.

REPORT:

There is currently a large backlog, built up over the past 12 to 15 months, of both new bin installations and bin replacements to be carried out around the County.  TIt is planned to have this work carried out over the coming 3 months approximately.  The litter warden for the Firhouse area has been asked to examine this matter and to make a recommendation regarding the need for litter bins at bus stops in the area.
