"That this Committee discusses the poor quality/dangerous footpath at Springvale Estate on the Edmonstown Road – this pathway is almost level with the road and to ascertain when SDCC will be in a position to renew a commitment given on this over 3 years ago."

REPORT:

There was no funding in 2010 for a footpath upgrade at this location. The area will be examined and considered for inclusion in the 2011 programme subject to the provision of the necessary funding.
