"That this Committee recommends that a pathway be constructed on the green leading from the Church to the shops  at Knocklyon– there is a desire line (MUCKY) there,  most children use s line going to/coming from school."

REPORT:

The need for a pathway at this location will be examined as soon as possible.  It should be borne in mind that the resources available to deal with situations such as these will be limited in 2011 and a decision to include them in a works programme will depend on the urgency (in terms of safety and convenience) as well as the availability of the funding to undertake them.
