CONSIDERATION OF THE   ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31st DECEMBER 2011

Introduction : Format of meeting

In considering the Annual Budget 2011 the running order will be as follows;

Ms. C. Henehan, Head of Finance will introduce Budget 2011.  

Mr. J. Horan, County Manager will present on the general and background issues affecting Budget 2011. (Budget Book 2011 pages 1-10).

DIVISION A - HOUSING and parts of D & F will be presented by Billy Coman, Director of Housing, Social and Community Development

 (Budget Book 2011 pages 11-29, Division A page 79 – 83, part of Division D pages 93 – 97, and part of Division F pages 104 – 108.)

DIVISION B - ROAD TRANSPORT & SAFETY, parts of D & F will be presented by Jim Walsh, Director of Roads, Development & Parks

(Budget Book 2011 pages 30 – 39, Division B pages 84 – 88, part of Division D pages 93 – 97, and part of Division F pages 104 – 108.)

DIVISION D will be presented by Frank Nevin, Director of Land Use, Economic and Transport Planning

(Budget Book 2011 pages 47-48, Division D part of, pages 93 – 97.)

DIVISION C – WATER SERVICES AND DIVISION E – ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION parts of G & H will be presented by Philomena Poole, Deputy Manager and Director of Environment. (Budget Book 2011 pages 40 – 46, Division C, pages 89 – 92, Division E pages 98 – 103, parts of Division G pages 109 – 113 and parts of Division H pages 114 – 118.)

DIVISION F – LIBRARY SERVICES will be presented by Teresa Walsh, Director of Corporate Services, Human Resources and Library Services

(Budget Book 2011 pages 49 – 61 parts of Division F pages 104 – 108.)

DIVISION G - AGRICULTURE, EDUCATION, HEALTH & WELFARE   AND    DIVISION H - MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES will be presented by Clodagh Henehan, Head of Finance (Budget Book 2011, parts of Division G pages 109 – 110, parts of Division H pages 114 – 118.)
