PROPOSED DECLARATION OF FOOTPATHS TO BE PUBLIC . Statutory Notice has been given in the public press of the Council’s intention to consider the making of a declaration that the footpaths only in the following estate, Castle Riada Avenue, Lucan as set out in the Schedule attached, be public. The closing date for receipt of objections was Monday 22th November – no objections were received. It is recommended that the footpaths be declared to be public.
