QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

To ask the Manager if he will make a report on any representations received from individual residents in Rosse Court, Lucan, and or the Management Company for the development, regarding incidents of anti-social behaviour, if the Council has had any discussions with An Garda Síochana or the Developer, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

REPLY:

Insofar as can be ascertained, the Council has not received representations from individual residents in Rosse Court, Lucan, and or the Management Company for the development, regarding incidents of anti-social behaviour and there have not been any discussions with the Garda Síochana or the Developer.  In recent weeks a member of the management company was advised by the Planning Department that planning permission would be required for the removal of the existing playground in the development, as had previously been advised to the Lucan-Clondalkin Area Committee in September 2009.
