QUESTION NO. 3
QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy
To ask the Manager if there has been any discussions between the Planning Department and the owners of the Liffey Valley Town Centre, who made the Planning Application recently rejected by An Bord Pleanála, and if he will make a statement on the matter?
REPLY:
There has been one meeting between the Planning Department and the owners of the lands at Liffey Valley Town Centre subject to the Planning Applications recently refused planning permission by An Bord Pleanála. The meeting was soon after the decision and also related to other matters. The developers were still assessing the implications of the decisions. They took on board the initial assessment of the Planning Department and indicated that they wished to further consider the decisions.
