MOTION: Councillor C. Jones

That the Manager would ensure that measures are taken to eliminate the anti-social behaviour taking place at the empty shop premises at St. Finian’s Avenue, Lucan.

REPORT:

This shop was demolished on 17th/18th November and the rubble is currently being removed from the site.  The site has been secured with palliside fencing in conjunction with the Architectural Department's specification.  Relet repairs have commenced on the house that was attached to the shop and this house will be ready for allocation prior to the Christmas break.
