"To ask the Manager to provide on Membersnet an up to date list of all vacant council dwellings in the Tallaght area?"
REPLY:
A countywide vacant houses report is put on the Membersnet each month but the October report is late due to technical problems. There were 68 vacant units in the Tallaght Area at the 31st October, of these 7 have since been allocated. Listed below are the vacant properties in the Tallaght area at the end of October, date property was surrendered, current status of work, tenant sourced, size of accommodation and any further comments:
