An bhféadfadh leis an gComhairle Contae dul i dteagmháil le húinéírí na ngnóthas Éagsúla i gceantar Arda Belgard Tamhlacht, (thart ar Bhóthar Eastáit Tionscail Bhaile an Chócaigh) chun an méid bruscair a laghdú ansin agus an bruscar atá fágtha ar fud an eastáit a ghlanadh freisin.

Would the County Council contact the owners of the different businesses in the Belgard Heights area (around the Cookstown Industrial Estate Road) in order to reduce the amount of litter there and to have the the area cleaned of the rubbish.  

REPLY:

The local Litter warden regularly patrols this area and maintains frequent contact with the owners and operators of the businesses in the area.  The Warden reports that he is satisfied that the businesses are meeting their responsibilities under the Litter Pollution Act, 1997, as amended.  The area was inspected again on the weekend of 7-8 November and reported to be in satisfactory condition.
