UPDATE ON STRIP OF LAND BETWEEN MOYVILLE & PALMER PARK

The owners of 34A Moyville, Rathfarnham were written to on the 26th October 2010 and notified that the Council had decided to withdraw its offer to dispose of the strip of Council land adjoining their property.

The matter of the wall and other unauthorised development at this location will be dealt with by the Planning Department by way of enforcement under the Planning Acts.
