MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager provide reassurance to residents of Orlagh Grove and to Prospect manor with regard to the completion of outstanding works under the Boherboy Scheme."

REPORT:

There is little or no work to be completed under the Boherboy Water Scheme in either Orlagh Grove or Prospect Manor Estates.  The outstanding work is mostly on the telemetry system which entails pulling cables through ducts already laid and commissioning these stations. This contract is not affected by the Pierse contractual situation.
