SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

QUESTION NO. 12
QUESTION: Councillor P. Kearns
"To ask the Manager if he can arrange for adequate signage to be provided for the two green areas on Whitehall Road in relation to dog fouling in the area?"
REPLY:
There are no plans by the Environmental Services Department to erect anti-dog-fouling signs in any areas due to budgetary constraints. Local residents in the vicinity of Whitehall Road should report any instances to local Litter Wardens if possible while "poop-scoops" can also be provided to local residents groups for distribution to dog-walkers.
