"To ask the Manager to arrange for the immediate removal of weeds and debris at the base of the boundary wall of Russell Square and Swiftbook as requested over two years ago?"

REPLY: 

The Estate Management Section have arranged for weeds and debris at the base of this wall to be removed. The issue of the Maintenance of trees has been passed to the Parks Department for early attention.
