MOTION: Councillor M. Duff

That this Committee requests that the Planning & Development Departments report back to the committee about the ownership of the open spaces in the Kingswood Heights area covered by land registry folio numbers (details supplied)* and as to whether open spaces are 1) owned by the council 2) taken in charge 3) maintained by way of a deed of dedication and 4) whether they are zoned as open green space.

REPORT:

The Public Open Space lands in the Kingswood Heights Estate are maintained by the Council on foot of Deed of Dedication. Registration of the Council's title to these lands has not yet been completed and this matter is being pursued with Council's Law Department and the registered owners.
