QUESTION: Councillor S. Crowe

"To ask the Manager will he agree to arrange for the Litter Warden to investigate and remove the black bags dumped at the side of the partially opened roadway beside St Marks Soccer Club in Springfield Tallaght?"

REPLY:

The litter warden for the Tallaght area has inspected the bags dumped at this location and they have now been removed by the Cleansing Section.  Regrettably the warden found no evidence to support a litter fine in this instance.  The area requires further cleaning and removal of litter and the warden has requested that this work be carried out by the Cleansing Section.
