MOTION: Councillor C. King

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to report whether or not permission was sought and/or granted for the Fifteen Foot plus steel sign advertising the new Kelland homes development at Killinarden Heights which is located adjacent to the roundabout at Kiltipper Way/Whitestown Way and Firhouse Road West and which is located very close to residents homes in Cushlawn Estate".

REPORT:

Following investigation it would appear that no planning permission has been sought or granted for the steel advertising sign at Killinarden Heights as described. 

Accordingly, the issue of possible unauthorised signage has been brought to the attention of the developer. Further investigations will be carried out and the Councillor will be kept informed as matters progress.
