QUESTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

To ask the Manager if the promised review of the Council’s Five Year Playground Development Programme has begun, and if so will provide a report on progress?

REPLY:

The review of the Council's Play Policy commenced in May 2010 and will include a review of the Five Year Playground Development Programme.   It was not possible to continue with the work of the group over the summer months.  The work of the review group will recommence at the end of September and the Elected Members will be informed of progress.
