QUESTION: Councillor D. Looney

To ask the Manager to provide an updated report on the Council's Rolling Capital Programme, and to make a statement on the matter.

REPLY:

The Council's three year Rolling Capital Programme for 2010-2012 is divided into three categories:- Works under Contract, works committed to subject to funding and works desireable subject to funding.  The draft rolling capital programme for 2010-2012 is in its final stages of preparation.  The programme has had to be re-drafted on several occassions to take account of flucuating capital allocations and income streams (development levies). 

The full programme witll be brought to the November meeting of the Organisation Procedure and Finance Committee.
