Regarding amendment ref no PA099 amending Section 2.5.8. (Under “In the consideration of proposals for telecommunications antennae and support structures, applications will be required to demonstrate the following:”)That  at the end of the 3^rd point “or walking route” be added.

Manager’s Response

While the submitted motion does refer to an amendment it is noted that the relevant paragraph in section 2.5.8 to which the motion refers is not the subject of the specific changes to the Draft Development Plan proposed in the amendment and the motion is therefore not considered to be relevant at this stage of the development plan review process. It is further considered that the proposed amendment is worded reasonably and gives guidence with respect to the management of development, subject to the recommended deletion as contained in previous headed item on this ammendment.

That the motion not be adopted.
