QUESTION: Councillor C. Jones

To ask the manager for an update on the number of housing transfers completed to date this year and how many of these involved two tenants agreeing between themselves to transfer?

REPLY:

During 2010 54 Housing Transfers were completed.

Of these 48 were Housing Transfers to alternative accommodation and 6 were Inter Transfers where tenants agreed between themselves to transfer.
