To ask the Manager to state the estimated average annual usage of water per domestic household in South Dublin County

The average household use per domestic household in South Dublin County Council's Administrative area is 164 cum per year (as per Commercial Water Charges domestic allowance)
This is based on
· an average per capita consumption of ~150 litres/person/day as detailed below (with no power showers/garden hose usage) and
· an average occupancy of 3 persons/unit. (164 cum/year = 0.15 cum/person/day X 3 persons/house x 365 days)
