QUESTION: Councillor D. Looney

"To ask the Manager to give an update on enforcement proceedings taken regarding the Tallaght Cross and Glashaus Hotels, Tallaght, given the unauthorised use of these buildings for apartment dwelling, and to make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY:

This matter is ongoing.  The Planning Authority has sought an internal inspection of the buildings and is awaiting a response from the Receivers.
