"To ask the Manager to outline the Ownership of the the land to the rear of 50 St. James Rd. which houses the ESB Sub station?"

The land in question is not in the ownership of South Dublin County Council.  Any queries relating to the ownership of this site can be referred to The Property Registration Authority, Chancery Street, Dublin 7.
