To ask the Managers to report on the number of residential units for which commencement notices were lodged with the Building Control Authority in each of 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 and in the first six months of 2010?

REPLY:

Commencement notices for residential units in the periods specified were received as follows;

2006 = 3298 units

2007 = 1523 units

2008 = 749 units

2009 = 207 units

2010 = 133 units from Jan 1^st to June 22nd
